Är Turbo verkligen död? Is Turbo really dead? This is the true question that has been burning in my mind since the end of Disney's Wreck-It-Ralph.
For those who have not yet seen the movie, it is a movie that includes old-school arcade video game characters such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Pac-Man, Bowser, etc. This is one of my favorite movies because of this fact. The main character is a fictional game character known as Ralph, who is the villain in his game, Fix-It Felix Jr. At some point Ralph becomes friends with a supposed "glitch" named Vanellope Von Schweetz in a go-kart racing game called Sugar Rush.
(SPOILER ALERT)
At the movie's climax, a character called Turbo becomes the main antagonist, and is revealed to have hacked himself into the game Sugar Rush, making him the main character. At the very end of the movie, Turbo becomes fused with a Cybug and becoming King Candybug, a literal three way hybrid between King Candy and Turbo (who are the same person, King Candy initially being Turbo's diguise as Sugar Rush's main character) and a Cybug, a monster virus from another game.

I have come up with a theory that may describe what might of happened to Turbo. Bear with me until the end, as I know this might be a bit confusing, Detta kan vara förvirrande.
First of all, how in the world did Turbo hack Sugar Rush?! If he is a being composed of code, then how did he manage to recode a world and change his appearance? This is what makes him a virus. But this isn't all that's been released. If Turbo coded himself into Sugar Rush, wouldn't that mean he sould respawn? After all, Ralph and Felix didn't reset the game right after they made King Candybug fly into the beacon, did they? No, they didn't. So the code would remain programmed into the game. What I'm saying is that Turbo should have respawned. But there was a complication, wasn't there?
Because of Vanellope's glitching into King Candy, his appearance code was reversed, showing his true form off to everyone watching. Because of this, Turbo randomly fluctuated from Turbo to King Candy, and this continued even after he was eaten by the Cybug. If not for Turbo being a virus, he would not have survived being devoured by the Cybug. Because the Cybug is considered a virus, Turbo's code conjoined with the Cybug, forming King Candybug.
When King Candybug flew into the beacon, he was technically qualifying as two different codes. Turbo and King Candybug. Because Turbo is also King Candy, he would have respawned, meaning he is not dead. But because of Turbo's fluctuation from himself to King Candybug, an alternate character would have split from the code during the respawning process. Turbo's virus would have respawned elsewhere in the Sugar Rush world, giving him plenty of time to exit the game before it was reset, but as a side product, King Candybug would have also respawned, as a complete copy of Turbo's personality in the King Candybug code appearance without Turbo's initial code mixed in between.
That's my theory, anyways. Not too long, but with a lot of content.
